Whether you’re passionate about the arts, looking to meet new people, or hoping to gain hands-on experience in theatre, volunteering with Shatterbox is a meaningful and rewarding way to get involved.

Volunteer Opportunities
We offer a variety of ways to get involved, depending on your interests and availability:
Front of House
Welcome guests, scan tickets, assist with seating, and help create a positive audience experience.
Production Support
Assist with set-up, strike, and behind-the-scenes needs during rehearsals and performances.
Marketing & Outreach
Help spread the word about upcoming shows through community engagement, poster distribution, and social media support.
Events & Special Projects
Support opening nights, talkbacks, and special events throughout the season.
